Simon’s weekly wrap: Private credit, pension surprises and Trump tariffs

There is lots of chatter and concern and private credit in the US as the era of cheap and plentiful liquidity is ending. I spoke with Warren Buhai, senior portfolio manager at STANLIB Asset Management about the concerns and also asked about the risks this is posing to the broader financial markets. We also touched on the potential for contagion to our local market.
